Hello spring! This week the weather has been typical Tennessee spring: super humid and rainy days mixed in with other days that go from 45 in the morning to 80 in the afternoon. I recently purchased this flowy blouse from Shein,which is great because it has long billowy sleeves that keep you shielded from the wind and slightly cooler temps.
When I bought this top, for some reason all I could think about was pairing a floppy hat and jacks with it. Nonetheless, I came up with this Derby Inspired combination that I absolutely love. I took advantage of the horse farm near by and if you look closely, you can see a cute brown horse in the background.
Now I wouldn’t necessarily wear this to a derby, hence the title Derby Casual. I actually have never been to a derby, but it’s on my list! I love the extravagant hats and blooming spring flowers, as well as the excitement about who (or more correctly what horse)will win.
